Day 1 through 13
EXTREMELY EASY TO NAVIGATE
I was able to sign into the software the first day and it was extremely easy to navigate... Even with a 700+ page manual, I did not feel like it was overwhelming to go through.
FIRST WEEK EXPERIENCE
Sore! I started with the fitness assessment and it was a nice way to gauge where I was at to know what exercises to start with... One of my favorite things about using APS was how quickly I was sore and in a lot of places that I was not quite anticipating for the workouts that I had done.
SMARTPHONE CONVENIENCE
Though it was not specifically designed for my smart phone, it was very convenient to be able to pull up the exercises & videos while I had the equipment set up...
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
I really enjoy doing a lot of the trunk and full body exercises. It is so much nicer to hit multiple muscle groups in both upper and lower quadrants instead of just having to dread that body part day you hate working out.
Day 14 through 29
WORKOUT CHALLENGES
I grabbed a co-worker at lunch time and set up the equipment in our therapy gym and we both performed “Beast”. We had finished the program in 8-10 minutes and both of us were exhausted. He too was impressed with how quickly he was fatigued using the program.
EXERCISE INTENSITY
I really tried to ramp up my exercises this week with less rest and quicker turnover into the next exercise and I can honestly say that I was gassed after 15’ min.
PRINTABLE CHARTS
The printable charts are nice to have as I am working through the workouts because I can write down all of my exercises, sets, and reps... when I return to the routine next week I can easily have everything set up in the palm of my hand.

I spent time trying out a few of the recipes with little problem and for someone who does not bake or cook well, I was happy with how they turned out
MILLIONS OF WORKOUTS
there are literally a million combinations of exercise routines you can put together...
RECOMMENDED
recommending the use of it to friends, family, and patients at my clinic...I can easily see myself using some of this for patients ranging from balance and trunk instabilities to some of my high school athletes who are trying to return to sport.
